Orders and Shipping

  1. Earn loyalty points whenever you signup, shop or refer a friend.

To redeem points you’ll need:

  1. Login or Create an account with the same email address that was originally used to purchase on the account page or login page here. 
  2.  Check your loyalty points status and find your referral link under the Loyalty Points tab here.
  3. Go shopping and once you’re ready, initiate checkout. At the top of the Checkout page you will have the option to apply your loyalty points as a discount.

Covid/Christmas Shipping: All product is shipped from our Auckland address according to the shipping method chosen, as stated below. Christmas orders for non-rural should be placed 5 working days prior to Christmas. Rural orders should be placed 10 working days before Christmas. 

Current known covid delays: 

North Shore – up to 10 working days
Rural – up to 10 working days
Rest of NZ – 1 to 5 working days

Priority Shipping: Orders made before 10am will be dispatched the same day and will usually be delivered overnight. Deliveries can take up to 3 business days. (Covid will increase this timeframe)

Standard Shipping: Orders will be processed within 3 business days and usually delivered in 5 business days (Covid will increase this timeframe).

Rural Shipping: If your address is considered rural for Aramex [check your address here], this is the only shipping option available to you.

Rural addresses do not qualify for Standard Shipping.

Please note: For South Island, large orders (eg. 10L buckets), can take up to 5 business days for delivery. 

Once you are ready to make a purchase, you will be asked to fill in a form with your basic details – at the bottom of this form you will also be asked if you would like to create an account. Simply tick the box and continue.

To change your shipping address for future orders, simply log in to your account and save your new address there.

You will receive an email from us with your order details and tracking link. Sometimes this ends up in Spam Folder. Until you receive this email your order is still being processed.

We do not personally store or have access to your credit card details. All your information is securely encrypted using an internationally renowned payment system called Stripe.

Yes all GST is calculated into the display prices.

We can ship to Waihiki, Great Barrier and Chatham Islands, however the cost is usually $25 extra. 

Right now we only ship to New Zealand and Australia.
